1 High pressure oil rail test
   Supply advance rate value of Bosch,Delphi,Denso,Jier oil rail pipe pressure sensor.
   Customer can add new model of oil pump sensor and re-calibrate the different sensor's pressure value.
   Rail pressure Controlling automatically.
   Automatically protection for oil rail pressure over-voltage.

2 Common rail injector test
   It can test maximal 6 pieces of solenoid injectors.
    High voltage- Bosch,Denso injectors
    Low voltage-Delphi injectors
   It can test one channel of Siemens,Bosch crystal(Piezo) injectors.
   All channels of solenoid and Piezo crystal system include function of short-circuit protection, and will not damage controller and injectors.
   Supply standard testing steps and every channel's standard injection volume, return oil volume and display values syn-chronically. Customer also can reset up working value by himself, add or change testing data. There are more than 1000 pieces of testing standard data in system and the the data will be updated continuously.

3 Common rail diesel injection pump test
      Put out Multi-channels PWM(Pulse width modulated signal) to drive different pumps.
       Adjust single-channel driving signal of oil pumps.
         Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3
         Delphi CRSP
         Denso HP3/HP4
      Drive channel No.1 DRV and be used for test pump's injection ability. (Optional)
   Drive timing signals of rpm sensor on Denso HP0 pump (ECD-U2) by respective two channels. Control syn-chronically two oil-volume controlling valve of HP0 pump. (Optional)
All channel drives has short-circuit protection function and will not damage controller and pumps.
Supply standard testing steps and data of respective pump's standard injection volume and display syn-chronically.   Customer also can set up new working situation data, add or change testing data.
