INTRODUCTION:
Improve fuel economy & enhance performance
Measurement fuel delivery of four HEUI injectors
Sealing test for injectors upper seat of the solenoid control valve
It can test HEUI(CAT C7/C9,CAT 3408...)
Application:
The test bench is designed to test up to four HEUI injectors, which are equipped on the following engines:
l Navistar T444E, as Ford 7.3L PowerStroke Engines
l Navistar DT466E
l Navistar I530E
l Caterpillar 3126B
l Adapting Kits for Testing One CAT C7/C9 HEUI Injector
l Adapting Kits for Testing One CAT 3126 HEUI Injector
Function:
l Measurement fuel delivery of HEUI injectors
l Sealing test for injector upper seat of the solenoid control valve

l AC Power: 3-Phase, 380V/50Hz or 230V/60Hz or 460V/60Hz
l Drive System for Actuation Pump
l 3KW AC Induction Motor
l VFD(Variable Frequency Drive) Motor Controller
